Worlds Guide for +1 Stone Skipping

Worlds are the long spine of the game

+1 Stone Skipping stretches progression across Worlds. Each World is a river with multiple bounce zones. Farther zones pay more Wins. Clearing the final zone of your current World unlocks the next map, which raises Skill checks, refreshes stone and pet shops, and restarts the familiar loop: train → throw → spend → rebirth.

This page explains how zones map to Wins, how unlocks work, what changed across the World 4 → World 5 cadence, and how to prep so a new World does not stall you for hours. New players should still finish Getting Started first. Distance tech lives on Throw Farther.

River zones → Wins

Treat the river as a payout ladder, not a single “did it skip?” check:

  • Early zones teach the Throw button and fund your first stones.
  • Mid zones pay enough for meaningful stone upgrades and a modest egg budget.
  • Late / final zones bank the Wins that make pets and the next World’s opener affordable.

Your equipped stone’s travel distance is governed by Skill plus stone additives, pet multipliers, rebirth bonuses, and temporary potions. There is no separate power-charge minigame — if you sink early, you need more Skill stack, not “better aim.” Controls stay WASD, Space, E, and the on-screen Throw button — Controls & HUD.

Unlocking the next World

When a throw finally survives the last zone marker on your current World, the next World opens. Expect:

  1. Higher Skill requirements per zone.
  2. A new stone row in the Shop (sometimes the first new stone is the real unlock accelerator).
  3. New pet eggs with higher ceilings.
  4. Another rebirth ladder on raised caps — Rebirth Guide.

Do not park forever on a finished World “farming comfort Wins” if your goal is account power. Unlock, buy the first clear stone upgrade on the new map, then rebuild distance with pads and potions.

World 4 and World 5 cadence

Recent drops followed a clear pattern:

  • World 4 — new river stretch, milestone code WORLD4 (Skill Potion + bonus Skill), and CCU spikes that produced 5KCCU / 10KCCU. Retrospective: World 4 Update.
  • World 5 — October 3, 2026 window (~12PM ET) with Admin Abuse energy, community-reported WORLD5 code (verify in-game / Discord), and another Skill wall. Launch prep: World 5 Update.

Between worlds, progress still comes from bounce chains, smart stone buys, and rebirth — not from waiting idle for the next announcement. Full patch map: Updates Hub. Codes table: Codes.

Stones and pets refresh per World

Each World can refresh the Shop:

  • Stones — additive Skill; still the correct first Wins sink on a new map because they are cheaper and change every throw immediately — Stones Guide, Stones Tier List.
  • Pets — multiplicative Skill; hatch after early new-world stones are covered, ideally under a Luck Potion — Pets Guide, Pets Tier List.

A legendary pet from an old World still helps, but a cheap new stone that matches the new water often unlocks paying zones faster than another random egg.

Prep checklist before a new World

  1. Bank Wins and keep bag space for potions / eggs.
  2. Redeem codes — including older world codes you never claimed — Codes.
  3. Take a ready rebirth if the meter is at 100% so you enter multiplied — Rebirth.
  4. Stage potions — Skill for the first distance push, Win once zones pay, Luck for a later hatch — Potions.
  5. Warm up throw fundamentals on your current river — Throw Farther.
  6. Decide your first spend: next stone, not a luxury pet.

Day-one plan on a fresh World

  1. Join / rejoin once if UI fails at peak CCU.
  2. Redeem any new or verify-pass codes.
  3. Take ten manual throws to learn the new zone layout.
  4. Drink Skill (+ Win if mid zones already pay).
  5. Buy the stone that clearly improves consistency.
  6. Only then open eggs under Luck.
  7. Recheck Updates and Discord (https://discord.com/invite/4H3EgrJwVd) for surprise gifts.

Common World mistakes

  • Dumping all Wins into pets before testing new throw lines.
  • Burning potions in the queue during Admin Abuse.
  • Ignoring the final-zone unlock and overfarming a solved river.
  • Sitting at 100% Rebirth while complaining the new World is “impossible.”
  • Skipping Codes on launch day.

Worlds do not change the game’s identity — they raise the same Skill bar. Clear the final zone, spend on stones first, potion on purpose, and the next river becomes another lap instead of a wall.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to the most common questions.

How do I unlock the next World in +1 Stone Skipping?

Clear the final river zone on your current World with a throw that survives the last marker. Higher Skill, better stones, pets, rebirths, and Skill potions all help.

Do stones and pets reset when I enter a new World?

No. You keep stones and pets. Shops often refresh with new options, so you still buy upgrades suited to the harder river.

What should I buy first on a new World?

Usually the first meaningful new stone upgrade. Stones are cheaper and improve throws immediately; hatch pets after early stones are covered.

How are World 4 and World 5 related?

World 4 set the recent milestone-code and CCU-code pattern. World 5 continued that cadence with a larger live window around October 3, 2026. Read both update pages for prep lessons.

Should I wait idle for the next World announcement?

No. Use downtime for rebirths, stone upgrades, and potion-backed throw sessions. Worlds raise checks; they do not replace grinding the loop.
